All submissions will be peer-reviewed and will be eligible for selection for a Best Paper Prize. Submissions will be assessed according to the following criteria:
Papers that have been selected as ‘Best Paper’ will be listed on the conference program and authors will be invited to revise and expand their submission for publication.
We will design the conference program so that practitioners, in particular, have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills in the practice of organisational psychology. Events include State of the Art Research (SOAR) presentations that are designed to summarise the latest research and knowledge in a field, and panel discussions on topics including work health and safety, organisational psychology and the law, the future of work, emerging opportunities for organisational psychology practice, and organisational psychology and mental health. In addition, practitioners will be able to hear the very latest developments from researchers and practitioners from Australia and overseas.
For those practitioners who are seeking to attend a masterclass to maintain their Area of Practice Endorsement (AoPE) Supervision qualification beyond 2018, a one-day masterclass will be held on the 12th July 2017 to coincide with the conference. The costs associated with attendance will be heavily subsidised by the College of Organisational Psychologists. The venue and details concerning registration will be published by 30 March 2017.
